No, Krug Jewelry does not have a physical store. Our pieces are sold exclusively through our e-commerce site.
Krug Jewelry does not offer custom orders for pieces. Our pieces are unique and exclusive, with only one unit of each model available.
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and creams. Store your pieces in a dry place, separate from other accessories, to preserve the plating for longer.
The contractual warranty lasts for 1 (one) year and covers any defects related to technical aspects of manufacturing and/or the materials involved.
It is not recommended to get the pieces wet, nor to use them while showering, swimming in a pool, or in seawater. If the intention is to wet the piece for cleaning purposes, we recommend using only a soft, dry cloth.
We accept credit cards (with installment payments), Pix, and bank slips.
We offer free shipping throughout Brazil on all Krug Jewelry e-commerce sites.
