Warranty Certificate

Krug Jewelry offers a lifetime guarantee regarding the quality and authenticity of the raw materials used.

We adhere to the legal guarantee stipulated in the Consumer Protection Code, which is 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the jewelry accompanied by the respective warranty certificate. The guarantee will be validated if the defect is due to manufacturing. The guarantee does not cover defects caused by misuse.

Krug Jewelry, in accordance with the consumer protection code, has 30 (thirty) days to analyze the product and provide a response to the customer. If a manufacturing defect is proven, the jewelry may be repaired or replaced with an identical one, if it is no longer in production. If it cannot be replaced with an identical one within 30 days, the customer will receive a store credit for the value of their jewelry. Exchanges will not be authorized if the defect is due to misuse or wear and tear.

Krug Jewelry also guarantees:

• Maintenance for an indefinite period, subject to payment of a fee to cover the costs of sending and returning the product and any costs for repairing and/or manufacturing a new part.

Jewelry considered under warranty

• With any manufacturing defect;
• With total or partial detachment of the part;
• With broken or cracked closures.

Jewelry considered outside of warranty.

• Darkened by dirt;
• Broken;
• Incomplete;
• Scratches;
• Torn;
• Dented;
• Reddish;
• With opaque or milky stones;
• Due to misuse;
• Worn out from constant use;

Exchange policy

Krug Jewelry is always committed to offering quality to its customers, which is why all jewelry comes with a guarantee, and you can also exchange it if necessary.

The conditions for exchanging your merchandise are:

- Must be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product;

- To be in perfect condition and without signs of use;

In exchanges for a lower-value product, the amount to be refunded to the customer may:

• The refund will be processed according to the payment method, respecting the deadlines set by the credit card company for the credit to be effective;

• To be used as credit for payments on future purchases made on the website.
